1. About InsuOpz
InsuOpz is a service of Expontra Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099AP2026PTC125487), India ("InsuOpz", "we", "us"). By using insuopz.com or replying to InsuOpz messages on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
2. The service
InsuOpz shares motor insurance renewal quotations with customers on WhatsApp, explains them in plain language, and, when a customer asks to proceed, connects the customer with a licensed insurance broking company ("broking partner") by sharing the customer's contact details and chosen quotation. The service is free for customers.
3. What InsuOpz does not do
- InsuOpz is not an insurer and does not sell, solicit, underwrite, issue or service insurance policies.
- InsuOpz does not collect premium or any other payment from customers. Payment is made only to the broking partner, on its own payment page.
- InsuOpz does not give financial or legal advice. Explanations are general information based on the quotations provided; the broking partner and insurer are responsible for the policy terms.
- InsuOpz never asks for one-time passwords, PINs, card numbers, bank details or identity document numbers.
4. Quotations
Quotations are prepared by the broking partner from the insurers it represents and are shown as provided. Premiums, IDV and cover can change after the quote date and are subject to the insurer's underwriting. The final premium and policy terms are those confirmed by the broking partner and stated in the policy document issued by the insurer. Read the policy wording before you buy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and tell the broking partner about any change that affects your policy.
- Use the service only for your own vehicle insurance and only lawfully; do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
- Make payments only through the broking partner's payment page, and report any suspicious request to contact@insuopz.com.
6. Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and START to resume. Reply HUMAN to reach an advisor.
7. Liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, InsuOpz is not liable for the acts or omissions of broking partners or insurers, for decisions you make about your insurance, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
